Read this post… notice that MNGOP insiders are working with Star Trib to combat effectiveness of The People who are shining muchos light on their corruption (there is obviously corruption in both major parties, today focusing on Republicans)—the headline narrative points at a group called A4L, but there are many people, whether or not they align with A4L or not, which are pointing out corruption and demanding change… so play not into the A4L vs MNGOP narrative… that is distraction.

On Friday April 11th, the Star Tribune published an article, “Fed up with attacks, Minnesota Republicans wage war against far-right group” which was purportedly a news article. This article was reprinted on the front page of the Sunday paper, above the fold, on April 13, 2025. This article was not news- it was a hit piece meant to stop the reengagement of the conservative base of the Republican Party in Minnesota. This article was likely planted and coordinated by moderate to left leaning political operatives connected to Republican politicians who have realized that the are losing control of their districts and their power is diminishing. The party operatives quoted in this article are connected to politicians who seek to eliminate or moderate the core principles of the Republican Party. Conservative Republicans embrace these principles, found in the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota, just following the Preamble. These principles are not “far-right”, they are simply the foundation of the Republicans Party of Minnesota. The following is a response to the article. Each red box contains a quote from the article with a link to the entire article. Analysis follows below.
Who were some of these “top officials” who have condemned conservative Republicans? · Bobby Benson- Paid Emmer Chief of Staff for MN · Mandy Hefron- Paid Fischbach staffer · Keri Heintzeman- wife of current legislator and now Establishment Candidate in special election in MN SD6 Candidate · Joy Orvis-MNGOP Secretary and briefly the Legislative Assistant to MN Senator, former member of MN CD7 Executive Board who attacked conservatives opposed Rep Fischbach and poster on X of reportedly false allegations against Erik Mortenson, President of Action for Liberty It is important to note that both the MNGOP Chair and Deputy Chair abstained from voting to condemn A4L. The Chair was forced to post the Anti- A4L statement passed by the centrist state exec mob, more loyal to those in power than to the people whom they all should serve.
Bobby Benson reportedly served on the Financial Controls Committee that approved secret payments totaling $30K to an LLC formed in Wyoming. (Wyoming requires a subpoena to get the names of owners of business entities.) This business, 1972-10 LLC, was formed merely a week after the conservative base began holding zoom meetings revealing the failures of the former Chair to adhere to the law and governing documents of the Party. The base believed that the recipient of funds through 1972-10 LLC was Michael Brodkorb, a former Republican political operative who has turned against the MNGOP and endorsed Steve Simon, Tim Walz and Kamala Harris. The former Chair lied to delegates, the State Central Committee and the State Convention about 1972-10 LLC. Perhaps those center-leaning Republicans who pay an anti- Republican political hack to attack the MNGOP base are the real problem in the Republican Party. When the owner of 1972-10 LLC and a former ED of the MNGOP use a podcast to attack and diminish the Republican Party in their efforts to support the DFL, perhaps MNGOP Legislators who participate in those podcasts are showing their true colors. Why does Bobby Benson attack the principle-adhering Republicans while supporting those people who seek to change those principles? Who is actually “tearing down Republicans” in Minnesota?
It is impossible to separate principled Republicans from the foundation of the Party. Patriots are not deeply embedded in the Party: Patriots ARE the Party. Patriots are not reshaping the Party: Patriots are RESTORING the Party.
The Reporter for the Star Tribune has NO insight into the ouster of FORMER Chair David Hann. Action for Liberty was simply one player in the wargames between true Republicans and those who cloak themselves in the label while attempting to gut our Party of its foundational values. The MAJORITY of State Central Delegates voted against the reelection of Hann. This is not a fringe group of activists. The MAJORITY of State Convention Delegates voted to endorse Royce White. This was not a fringe group of activists. Michelle Fischbach was DENIED the endorsement in 2024 because a growing group of Patriots refused to bend the knee to the tyranny of the congressional delegation and their staff secretly running the Party… UNREPORTED TRUTH: The former ED of the MNGOP (hired by the FAILED former Chair of the MNGOP) threatened to invalidate the entire 2024 CD7 convention if that body passed a motion to seat the 2024 Otter Tail County Delegates, who would have ALL likely voted to endorse Steve Boyd rather than Michelle Fischbach. While the state party has NO authority to take such an extreme action, it happened to protect a congressperson unpopular with conservative Republicans. The threat caused the withdrawal of the motion, but the body refused to endorse Fischbach. These elections and endorsement battles were not coordinated by A4L or any other fringe group of patriots. Those groups may provide training and education, but it is the work of the people that bring forward these actions. In every situation mentioned by the reporter, Patriots rose up to defend the principles of the Party and reject the candidates of the center right. These Patriots are educating their children, their family and their neighbors. There is no going back.
Who is Preya Samsundar and WHY does the Star Tribune reporter think she is some expert on the actions of principled Republicans, to whom she has no clear connection? Perhaps the real story is that this failed political consultant is regularly pushed into stories because she tells stories to reporters that support the false narrative of congressional staffers and weak-kneed Republicans who are selling our Party out for power. Make no mistake, there are powerful Republicans working to destroy the Republican Party as we know it. Whether their actions are for power or money or are simply rooted in ignorance or some perceived loyalty is irrelevant. Threats will not stop principled Republicans from bringing constitutional awareness and historical truth back to our Party. No level of intimidation will shake the warriors of this movement. As stated in the Declaration of Independence: “… when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” America is at a tipping point. This duty will no longer be neglected by a growing number of Americans.
Samsundar speaks a language that suggests a false rhetoric, that ignores facts, in support of the narrative of moderate and left leaning Republicans. When the apologist wing of the Republican party evolved after Watergate, the MN Senate became a wasteland for Republicans from 1973-2011. While the Senate flipped from D to R in 2011 in a reaction to Obama’s sweeping changes, redistricting restored the DFL to power from 2013-2017. The Conservatives rose again with TRUMP between 2017-2023. The DFL’s redistricting efforts, combined with the efforts of NEVER TRUMP Republicans, successfully shifted power back to the Democrats, giving them a single seat majority. With the exception of a Carter economy induced blip in 1979 and a Reagan bump in 1985, the DFL controlled the House from 1973-1999. Republicans then held an 8-year majority until the midterms in 2007. The DFL had a 4-year reign that faded for 2 years after Obama’s 1st term midterm drop. Redistricting and the establishment of Absentee Ballot Boards contributed to the restoration of a DFL majority in 2013. The MNGOP base propelled the Party to a majority from 2015-2019, only to have the Never Trump /anti-Social Conservative/anti-Christian Conservative/anti-election fraud factions of the GOP encourage a sit-out of hundreds of thousands of conservative and Christian voters in 2022. Attempts to Crush A4L will not fix anything in the way Samsundar and her bosses expect. Every step they take on this path will grow the liberty movement in size, strength and influence.
The Strib reporter chose to include a quote by the FAILED FORMER CHAIR of the MNGOP. Ask yourself “Why would a reporter not do due diligence in choosing sources?” Hann took the MNGOP State Exec Board into permanent executive Session within 4 months of being elected Chair, thereby preventing delegates, alternates and members of the MNGOP from attending meetings and holding the Exec Board accountable. Hann orchestrated the unconstitutional removals of multiple conservative local leaders, supported the insertion of fake precinct caucus delegates and alternates into BPOUs to maintain power of centrist Republicans and disenfranchised hundreds of Republicans by declaring valid precinct caucus results be thrown out to prevent foundational republicans from using the power they were elected to wield. Hann encouraged the violation of RNC and MNGOP rules related to endorsements so as to protect centrist politicians who move the MNGOP away from its principles. Hann interfered with the delegates’ rights to remove him from power by denying those delegates the constitutionally mandated right to bring forward the removal process. After the State Central Committee voted to replace Hann on December 14, 2024, it has been widely reported that Hann and /or members of his administrative team shredded an untold number of documents, deleted email accounts from servers, wiped Party computers back to factory settings and removed personnel files from the Party records. The destruction of Party documents, in any form, was a clear violation of that team’s duty to the Republican Party of Minnesota. Other than to prevent the new administration from learning about the actions noted above and other unknown nefarious activities, what could possibly have triggered these incredibly unethical acts? Every person connected to these destructive acts should be identified to ensure they never again are entrusted with access to the Party’s documents or possessions.
How about this more accurate TRUTH: Conservative Republicans worked tirelessly across several districts in Minnesota to overcome the interference of centrist congressional and legislative staffers and Hann loyalists to flip the State Executive representative seats in CD4 and CD7. This past weekend, conservatives protected the principled Republicans in CD2.
