Our elections have long been fake.
But we can have real ones again…
US Senate Candidate wants to guard the ballots. (←click for article)
In line with Minnesota Statute 209.05 GUARD THE BALLOTS, but SOS Chief Counsel tries to argue this can’t happen during election. Voters can read the election code for themselves.
Hand counting intent increases. (←click for article)
Total of 6 municipalities (5 cities, one town) in Anoka County intend to hand count as part of post election review audit—SOS says they have no authority and tries to influence county canvassing board (will they sue?)
Learn to hand count.
With Rick Weible hand count trainings Thursday Sept 19th and Tuesday Sept 24th are set from 6:30 to 8:30.
Many cities have stopped sharing public accuracy test results.
Hearing that citizens asking for these are encountering roadblocks. Not in all areas. Some cities and counties produced them right away. There is no statute preventing this data from being shared. After all, it’s called a public accuracy test. Reports that certain citizens were not allowed to take photos or ask all their questions. (This matters because in some areas they weren’t done correctly according to law and SOS rules. SOS nor AG did anything to keep them accountable.) Similar to this violation of law in South Dakota.
Modems found in many counties Minnesota county tabulators in primary election. (←click for article)
Minn Stat 206.845 says no modems may be used. Lies were told about no internet connection for a couple years, only for internet connection to be built in (for example: a Verizon 4g R2 modem was found in the public accuracy test of Stillwater Township, Washington County). Electronic poll pads are now capable of wireless internet connection for continuous monitoring and modification of precinct voter rolls and voter check-in, at minimum.
Dominion founder ordered to give deposition under oath. (←click for article)
Hoover will have 3 hours of questioning from Mike Lindell and Patrick Byrne. Democracy Suite 5.5 happens to be the system (similar) used in Sherburne County in 2022 (which had a lapsed contract) for which I was a petitioner in Supreme Court case A22-1081, which was not dismissed on its merits (laches only). Texas decertified this version based on its initial findings. MNSOS kept it in use in Minnesota.
Revisor has not called back regarding the legal method for hand counting in Minnesota.
I do not expect to be. 94th Minnesota Legislature sneakily passed HF4772 which included an amendment to… MS 204C.20 BALLOTS; NUMBER TO BE COUNTED. where there will be a subdivision which reads: Subd. 5. Precincts with ballot tabulators. In precincts using ballot tabulators, once the final count of ballots agrees with the number of ballots to be counted, election judges must immediately prepare the summary statement in accordance with section 204C.24 and seal the ballots in accordance with section 204C.25 for return to the county auditor. The effective date will be June 1, 2024 (emphasis added). Click here to see HF4772. (Last year I suggested on a video re-Truthed by Mike Lindell that election judges could hand count after the polls closed—this was the response from those who write the codes which the [s]elected legislatures pass, perhaps under duress.)
Bonus 8th: 70% of mail-in ballots for Florida primary arrive at counties BEFORE early voting begins. (←Click for article)
Kris Jurski has done good work to document. This could easily happen in MN and is a cheat that is hard to prevent.
Bonus 9th: Immersion in spirit (not only mind and body) to move oneself beyond, not above, man’s law. (←Click for article)
“As the final few parts of the puzzle came together, I was at last able to see why this immersion in living water was essential: it reframes freedom away from liberty to do as one pleases, and instead into what pleases all of creation.” Read article…
Parting thought:
Does the MNSOS Steve Simon (and his attorneys) only support and adhere to election codes that align to their advantage?
