Hearings, Apr 15-17, start Mon 9am, Room 210 of the Judicial Center
For Susan, defender of fair elections in Minnesota, at 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. St. Paul, MN 55155
Starts Monday; I’ll likely go Tuesday to watch Susan call her witnesses.
There was a pretrial conference this week for this disciplinary hearing from Lawyer’s Board, in my opinion a witch hunt to try to tarnish Susan’s reputation and take away her law license… Susan is the only counsel in MN who has fully stood with the people regarding election process; we all just want the law to be followed. I’d take her first on my side ahead of every and any counsel in the state because she gives her time freely and stands up to corruption even when threatened—there will likely be a book about what she has done and withstood, taking arrows for all of us.

Basically Susan has filed 6 election contests pro-bono starting in 2020 and the machine has come after her, including $25k in fines. Link here has a transcript of hearing where it was deemed by in my opinion corrupt judge that she had committed fraud on the court. Read for yourself please, don’t take my word for it. I make mistakes like everyone else.
According to Susan, the Director of the Lawyer's Board is relentless.
