Freedom from Dominion in Rio Grande County, source Professor Clements
Don't have to use vendors that don't show you source code
There’s no reason to use:
Dominion
Election Systems & Software (ES&S)
Hart or
ANY electronic voting equipment—can’t see source code, therefore black box.
If you don’t know how your vote is counted, how can you trust it?
In prep for a Bar hearing today, Clay Parikh (9 years testing at voting equipment lab) posted this from a 2017 evaluation of ES&S systems in Ohio:

Yes, this evaluation is from 2017… it’s 2024 now.
Of course, if we had been paying attention, Bev Harris already showed us in 2003/4 that the voting machines can be rigged with her research, Black Box Voting.
In fact, that’s probably what they were designed to do.
93rd Minnesota Legislature (2023) MANDATED MACHINES (for precincts that previously used them), which is a big tell.
Why mandate machine tallying of votes?
Which countries have used them in past and what were their results?
There’s a brief history of voting machines in this free book, recently updated in Chapter 1.
Looking forward to learning more from Rick Weible tonight and will report back.
