Returning from the polling place after dark in light rain I was reminded of the efforts of so many magnificent Minnesotans all learning together about how election processes and electronic systems currently in place won't suit us well going forward.
I've learned much from so many of you and am grateful to consider many of you friends. If we haven't met yet I look forward to that time.
Who knows what is in store next but I look forward to working alongside you for accountability and transparency in government. There is quite a large context backdropping this moment and digging into it is helpful to realize one's place in it all.
