Daylight in South Dakota while MN attempts to silence key truth-teller
Susan Shogren-Smith faces suspension in Lawyer Board hearing, but has Chief Judge Castro actually himself committed fraud on the court?
In recent Project Minnesota post were highlighted a few wins for trustworthy and verifiable elections from South Dakota:
McPherson County, SD will to 100% ALL races post election audits.
Gregory County, SD voted 5-0 for a 100% hand count of primary election
Hearing tomorrow on cast vote records

Meanwhile in Minnesota, the state’s most effective attorney when it comes to election cases, Susan Shogren-Smith, is attempting to be silenced yet again by the establishment, this time from the Lawyer’s Board, itself led by an attorney with multiple complaints against her from her own peers.
In 2021 Chief Judge of Ramsey County, Judge Castro, assessed $10k in fines (+$15k from a Senate panel afterward) for fraud on the court, when it can be seen from transcripts that more likely it was an Arizona resident Corinne Braun and Judge Castro himself who committed fraud on the court, taking advantage of a mistake made by MNEIT attorney Jose Jimenez—who has admitted to this mistake but was not allowed to speak during a 2021 hearing on same—to ram through a ruling against Smith. One can ask why Judge Castro took such a measure and why the Lawyer Board is following up in this manner, now 3 years later.
Hearings about Smith’s potential suspension are coming up on April 15 and 16.
I’ve been listed as a witness in the case and I will do my best to cover what goes on… but there should be actual reporters covering this case and I hope they show up. If you subscribe to any news station, alternative, conservative, etc. news and they don’t write a story on this, it is safe to assume they do not care about election reform. Because the one who arguably out of any Minnesotan who has done the most for all the people of this state, is being unfairly targeted.
Susan is one of those who never backs down from stating the truth and actually doing the work to solve the state’s many election process woes.
